What sets me apart from other general contractors and builders is my unique understanding of older structures and how to make repairs and additions seem and look as they were always there. Having initially only worked on older homes and structures, working with non-level and non-square elements secured a great working knowledge for improving and solving problems to create proper results. Combining this with my love for drawing, I often find myself drawing solutions for space and existing condition issues. My creative side naturally kicks in and that’s where you get the ambience with my creations. Most contractors don’t know how to envision or how to take advantage of existing elements to maximize results and that’s where I come in.
